This is a phrase we have been hearing from our customers. After a few questions and some great conversations. We began to understand what they were referring to.
1. Joe or PaPa Joe as some of you may know him. My Dad. A retired truck driver. He is generally the first voice you will hear when you call Precision RV. We are blessed to have a real person to answer the phone and answer questions when you call. He manages the scheduling and campground. Also he is the guy you are able to sit with and chat with during your repair appointment.
2. Experience. Terry and myself have over 35 combined years experience working on Tiffin coaches. From building them. Repairing them. Servicing them. Warranting them. Helping at Rallies. Dealing with extended warranties. And providing parts for them. We have worked on just about every aspect of these coaches.
